Introduction

Hello! My name is Alastair Freeman, and I'm thrilled to have you here. I live in Hertfordshire and have dedicated much of my professional life to roles in sales and marketing, management consultancy, sales training, franchise development, and business motivation.

My goal is to help you turn your aspirations into reality.

My Profile

I pride myself on being a committed problem solver with a proactive and empathetic approach to leadership. As a confident communicator, I engage effectively at all levels of an organisation, identifying and enhancing company needs through thorough research, strategic planning, and results-driven solutions.

Over the years, I have worked with several large organisations, including notable blue-chip clients, where effective sales training has significantly improved profitability. I also recognise the crucial role that social media and search engine optimisation (SEO) play in shaping a company’s development and reputation.

My skills have been developed through various roles over many years, encompassing a rich experience in sales and marketing across a diverse range of organisations, from blue-chip corporations to SMEs.

While at Gestetner, I exceeded over 400% of my sales target for four consecutive months, earning the title of top salesman in the UK sales team. At Plessey, I served as a Regional Sales Manager on the telecommunications team that transformed the industry landscape in the UK.

I have cultivated expertise across multiple sectors, including national accounts, retail, B2B, B2C, and franchising. One of my proud achievements involved helping a franchise company expand from seven struggling franchises to 100 successful ones within just 18 months.

I've offered consulting services for SMEs and trained over 300 individuals, many from the franchising world, empowering them to achieve their business objectives.
