Coming from a large working-class family, the household's financial needs always took precedence. Employment, rather than formal education, was the primary focus. I had to take the long route to success — learning from experience, mentors, and my own mistakes along the way. 

Working alongside successful business leaders, I gained practical experience in sales, management, and business development. 

Each role was an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve my skills. What I lacked in formal qualifications, 

I made up for it with determination and resilience. I worked harder than most, dedicated to mastering my craft, and never let setbacks define me. 

Over time, this not only built knowledge but also the confidence to support others in their success.

My Journey of Success

From my very first role in sales, I was determined to stand out. Within one month, I secured one of the largest orders in company history — three times the average deal size. At my next company, I exceeded targets by over 400% for four consecutive months, earning recognition as the UK’s top salesperson.

This success propelled me into management, where I became Regional Sales Manager in the fast-growing telecommunications sector, playing a part in reshaping the UK industry. I was part of the BT Retail launch and supported Pitney Bowes as they expanded into reprographics operations.

Later, in franchising, I transformed a struggling network of seven outlets into more than 100 thriving businesses. Along the way, I personally trained over 300 individuals to begin their journey in sales and marketing.

My career also took me worldwide, securing multi-million-dollar contracts and proving that perseverance and strategy can achieve extraordinary results.

Today, I remain focused on what drives me most: helping others grow, succeed, and achieve their full potential.
